Refusal / Exchange / Return & Refund
For purchases of inside Dhaka:
If there is any problem from our side, we will offer FREE Returns, Exchanges or Refunds Otherwise customer has to bear the shipping expense in case of refusing to take the product.
For purchases of outside Dhaka:
If there is any problem from our side, we will offer FREE Exchanges/Returns. In case of refusing to take the product for slight color mismatch (caused for monitor discrepancies of personal computer/laptop/tablet/hand-held devices/mobile), SUNNAH will not be liable to refund the amount taken as advance (if any). Therefore,
- We humbly request our customers to enquire enough about the product before confirming the order.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and without any flaws. Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
- The product must be unused and intact with accessories, tags/barcode.
- You have to return the product within 72 Hours after the product is received.
- Any kind of refund is subject to only those problems SUNNAH is solely responsible for.
In case of losing the money receipt:
It will be considered for losing the money receipt or invoice for exchanges. Provide us with the purchased contact number in case of losing the money receipt or invoice for checking your purchased history.

For Online purchase: Please return the product to our concern with the Service Center and we will arrange the refund within 72 hours after receiving* the returned product(s) on fulfilment of our Exchange & Refund (If there is any problem from our side, we will offer FREE Returns, Exchanges or Refund otherwise customer has to bear the return shipping expense).
(Note: Depending on the shipping method and carrier selection, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a reference number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, SUNNAH will not issue store credit for your returns.)
For Display Center purchase: Please bring the product to our display center where you have purchased it. We will arrange a refund on fulfilment of our Exchange & Refund.
The procedure of exchanging the product:
For Online Purchase: After purchasing any product(s) you can exchange products from any of our Display Center(s) within 7 days of the receiving* date. Or send us your product(s) by your corresponding courier concern with our Service Center. After receiving the product, we will contact you and arrange the shipment of your exchange product.
(Note: If there is any problem from our side, we will offer FREE Returns, Exchanges or Refund otherwise customer has to bear the return shipping expense.)
For Display Center Purchase: Currently, we have one display center located at House-1328, Avenue-2, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please bring the product to our Display Center within 72 Hours after the product is received*.
(Note: All items must be returned in original condition (including all receipt/invoice and packaging) with barcode tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and without any flaws.)
The procedure of returning product(s) to us for Exchange or Refund:
Display Center: Please bring the product(s) to our display center. We will arrange an exchange or refund on fulfilment of our Exchange & Refund
Sundarban Courier: Send the product to Sundarban Courier at our Main Display Center.
